Over the years Kent has been involved in many facets of real estate and private lending. It all began with the creation of The Lost Boys Project, a Phoenix Arizona based investment partnership which Kent still currently owns and manages. The success of The Lost Boys Project inspired Kent to diversify his real estate pursuits resulting in the founding of Healo Capital.

Below is a brief summary of each company:

.

Healo Capital is a family-owned and operated firm with investments in North America and the South Pacific. We offer specialty financing (hard money/private lending), buy and hold real estate, and seek development projects that meet our parameters. Some real estate investments have included single-family residential, mufti-family residential, commercial retail, commercial office, industrial, and land development. These diverse endeavors have allowed us to capitalize on market trends and opportunities as well as help us set a rock-solid foundation of experience and expertise that we bring to each of our investments. Recently we have turned much of our attention and resources to self storage as a long-term portfolio hold investment in the Western United States.

The Lost Boys Project is an investment partnership formed with the objective of bringing home ownership to honest, hard-working people with less than perfect credit in the Phoenix, Arizona area. We are providing home ownership solutions in the wake of the credit crisis of the last few years that has all but ended conventional lending to anyone with imperfect credit.  We are placing families with stable incomes into homes they own for about the same cost as renting. Why the name “Lost Boys Project”? Well, we all know the “lost boys” in the story Peter Pan, but in our recent reality many people in society have been LOST in the wake of this economic downturn. We want to help them FIND stability amidst the chaos by providing the opportunity of home ownership.
